What does being a key holder include?

The Key Holder’s responsibility is to ensure the safeguarding of keys to a premise, which includes mechanical or electronical access to a building. A key holder is always ready to act if the primary key for the premises is mislaid or stolen. They are also prepared to operate out of hours and respond to any security alarm.

Can a keyholder also perform manned guarding duties?

At The Security Centre, many of our keyholders are also trained guards meaning they can respond accordingly to a security alarm – either by contacting the police or by certified intervention.

The Security Centre is the only private security firm in the Cayman Islands to hold a UK Keyholding & Alarm Response License.
