Uniformed Officers
We provide a superior level of service when it comes to our uniformed officers. Whilst on duty they are equipped with a mobile phone and/or a hand-held radio, flashlight, and a pocket book for recording any incidents. The security officers are visited a minimum of three times per shift by their supervisor, in which they are inspected for performance, deportment and welfare. Additionally, they are required to make status reports by radio to the duty supervisor every hour. These duty supervisors are available 24-hours hours a day.
In order to maintain our quality of service, each security officer’s uniform consists of black pants, a white shirt, branded badge and a black necktie. We also offer an additional assurance to our clients, that our security officers are doing their utmost to secure your property, by utilising an electronic security check system (RFID Guard Tour System).This system requires each officer to check certain areas of a client’s building or site on a regular basis, maintaining solid protection for the premises. This system is unique to The Security Centre Limited.
Commercial & Corporate Guarding Services
Our commercial and industrial guarding services include on-site security officers, off-site monitoring, and dedicated vehicle patrol services. All of our security staff can be trained to undertake site-specific duties.
Your visitors will form their first impression from the behaviour and appearance of the first person they encounter, which is often the security officer. The Security Centre Limited’s officers are trained to reflect the style and ‘voice’ of your business or organisation, from high profile, high visibility uniformed officers to approachable customer service personnel.
