Group Sales Manager
TSCL is creating a Group Sales Manager role: a hands-on, quota-carrying position that personally generates and closes new business while building, coaching and performance-managing the sales and business development resources embedded across the Company’s divisions — Guarding, Integrated Security Systems (ISS), Cash Solutions, Cyber Security, Fire Systems, Monitoring and Maintenance, and the Government vertical.

Duty Summary:
- Personally originate, develop and close new business across TSCL’s service lines, carrying a personal sales target in addition to team responsibilities.
- Recruit, coach and performance-manage sales and business development staff across all TSCL divisions, setting targets, activity standards and conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Design, implement and run a single sales pipeline and performance-management methodology across every division and channel, including CRM data discipline and forecast reporting to the CEO.
- Work in close partnership with TSCL’s Divisional Directors (Guarding, ISS, Cash Solutions, Cyber Security and other service lines) to align sales activity and resourcing with each division’s priorities.
- Lead or support high-value pursuits, tenders, RFPs and RFQs, and represent TSCL in the Cayman market.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A proven personal track record of generating and closing B2B sales or business development, ideally in services, security, technology or a comparable multi-line business.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching and performance-managing a sales or business development team.
- Demonstrated capacity to implement and run a pipeline / CRM performance-management discipline: weekly reviews, stage discipline, forecast accuracy.
- Strong commercial, proposal and tender capability, with the ability to translate technical services into market-facing value alongside subject-matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable)
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with regular travel throughout Grand Cayman for client meetings, site visits and industry events.
- Occasional work outside normal business hours where client or deal timelines require it.
