With a legacy spanning over two decades in safeguarding the critical infrastructure, commercial enterprises, and residential properties of the Cayman Islands, The Security Centre holds the distinction of being the sole ISO-certified security services provider in both the Cayman Islands and the broader Caribbean region.
Our certifications include compliance with the International Organization for Standardization’s Quality Management (9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety (45001-2018), and Private Security Services (18788:2015) standards. These certifications underscore our unwavering commitment to delivering services, products, and operations that not only meet but surpass both local customer expectations and global regulatory mandates.
Our facilities are custom designed to meet and exceed all industry standards and are approved by multiple licensing and certification agents including:
We are in compliance with the equipment and service requirements of FMRC Approval Standard 3011 ‘Central Station Service For Fire Alarms And Protective Equipment Supervision’ in the category of ‘Central Station Company (Complete Service).
We have been certified as part of the NBFAA Installation Quality Certification Program.
In addition to being UL & FM listed, our monitoring facility is also certified to comply with the stringent regulations required to monitor fire alarms in the New York City’s five boroughs. Our monitoring facility is visited annually by the New York City Fire Department inspector who administers the Central Station Signalling System exam. Our personnel has a 98.7% passing rate on the examination.

In addition, signals are processed by an automation system that has been field evaluated and labeled by U.L. for compliance with UL 1981.
Rapid Response has been certified by The Monitoring Association in cooperation with AT&T FirstNet® to provide monitoring services for electronic security companies holding FirstNet certification. FirstNet is the federal communications band reserved for crisis emergencies following the 2001 attack on the World Trade Towers and allows emergency responders to bypass overloaded communications channels.
